Getting Started

How do I download the Money Wave app?

Click the "Download App" button on our homepage or visit the download section. The APK file will be downloaded to your device. Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your settings, then open the APK file to install.

How much does it cost?

Money Wave requires a one-time payment of ₹100. This gives you lifetime access to all study materials and the earning system. No monthly fees or hidden charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets

Study Materials

What subjects are covered?

We offer comprehensive study materials for all major college courses including Engineering, Commerce, Science, Arts, and Management. Content is regularly updated to match current syllabi.

Can I download content for offline viewing?

Yes! Both videos and PDFs can be downloaded within the app for offline study. Perfect for when you don't have internet access.

How often is content updated?

We add new content weekly and update existing materials before each exam season to ensure you have the latest and most relevant study resources.

Earning System

How do I start earning money?

After paying the ₹100 fee, you'll receive a unique referral code. Share this code with friends. When they join using your code, you'll earn money through our Quick Rewards and Team Growth methods.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

You can request a withdrawal anytime your balance reaches ₹100 or more. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-3 business days directly to your bank account.

How do the 5 levels work?

You earn from 5 levels of your network:

  • Level 1: People you directly refer (₹50 each)
  • Level 2: People referred by your Level 1 (₹5 each)
  • Level 3: People referred by your Level 2 (₹3 each)
  • Level 4: People referred by your Level 3 (₹2 each)
  • Level 5: People referred by your Level 4 (₹1 each)

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No! There are absolutely no earning limits. The more you share and the bigger your network grows, the more you earn.

Technical Support

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Clear app cache from your phone settings
  2. Ensure you have the latest version installed
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Restart the app
  5. If issues persist, contact our support team

I forgot my login password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered email or phone number, and we'll send you a password reset link.

How do I update my bank details?

Go to Settings > Bank Account in the app. You can update your bank account information anytime. Ensure details are accurate to receive withdrawals smoothly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Money Wave, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Money Wave, you must:

  • Be a current college or university student
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid bank account in your name
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Payment Terms

The Money Wave service requires a one-time payment of ₹100. This payment:

  • Grants lifetime access to all study materials
  • Activates your referral earning capabilities
  • Is non-transferable to another person
  • May be refundable under conditions stated in our Refund Policy

5. Referral & Earning System

5.1 Earning Structure

You can earn through two methods:

  • Quick Rewards: Milestone-based earnings for direct referrals
  • Team Growth: Multi-level earnings from your network (up to 5 levels)

5.2 Earning Rules

All referrals must be genuine. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts
  • Using automated bots or scripts
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Misleading or false advertising
  • Any form of fraudulent activity

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
  • Processing time: 2-3 business days
  • Withdrawals made only to verified bank accounts
  • We reserve the right to verify account activity before processing withdrawals

6. Study Content

1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

🛡️ We stand behind our service! If you don't get any referrals for 3 consecutive months, you can request a full refund of your ₹100 - no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have been an active user for at least 3 consecutive months
  • You have not received any successful referrals during this period
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms)
  • You have made genuine efforts to share your referral code
  • You request the refund within 6 months of registration

2.2 You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You have received any referral earnings (even ₹1)
  • Your account has been suspended for policy violations
  • You have already withdrawn any earnings
  • You have received bonus rewards
  • More than 6 months have passed since registration
  • You created multiple accounts to exploit the system

3. How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Money Wave app and go to Settings
  2. Select "Request Refund" from the menu
  3. Fill out the refund request form with:
    • Your registered email and phone number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Bank account details (same as registered)
  4. Submit the form
  5. Wait for our team to review (typically 5-7 business days)

Alternative Method: Send an email to refunds@moneywave.org with subject "Refund Request - [Your User ID]" and include the same information.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Review Process

  • Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  • We may verify your account activity and referral history
  • You'll receive an email notification about the decision
  • If approved, refund will be initiated immediately

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after approval
  • UPI: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days (if different from bank transfer)

4.3 Refund Amount

If eligible, you will receive:

  • Full ₹100 registration fee
  • Refunded to the same bank account you registered with
  • No deductions or processing fees

5. Post-Refund Account Status

After receiving a refund:

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated
  • You will lose access to all study materials
  • Your referral code will be invalidated
  • You cannot re-register with the same details
  • Any pending earnings will be forfeited

⚠️ Important: Refunds are final. Once processed, you cannot reactivate your account or reclaim access to the platform.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Our policy is all-or-nothing:

  • If you've earned anything, you keep your earnings but forfeit refund eligibility
  • If you haven't earned anything in 3 months, you get a full refund

7. Technical Issues

If you're unable to use the app due to technical problems:

  • Contact support immediately at support@moneywave.org
  • We'll troubleshoot and resolve the issue
  • If unresolvable within 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund
  • Technical refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

8. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged multiple times by mistake:

  • Contact us within 30 days with transaction details
  • We'll verify the duplicate payment
  • Excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days
  • Your account will remain active

9. Withdrawal vs. Refund

Understand the difference:

Earnings Withdrawal: You withdraw money you've earned through referrals. Your account stays active.

Refund: You get your ₹100 back because you didn't earn anything. Your account closes permanently.

10. Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you disagree:

  • Reply to the denial email with your concerns
  • Provide additional evidence if available
  • Our senior team will review within 3-5 business days
  • The final decision will be communicated via email
  • All decisions by Money Wave management are final

11. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies with supporting documentation
  • Prolonged service outages caused by us
  • Significant changes to our terms that disadvantage you
  • Other extraordinary situations at our discretion

12. Fraudulent Refund Requests

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of all earnings

13. Currency & Taxes

  • All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (₹)
